I am learning by writing.

I write about things I’m interested in, for the purpose of improving my understanding of the world. The purpose of this blog is to have public thoughts, with the opportunity for strangers to critique those thoughts. When I make a claim, don’t take it too seriously, and assume it is made in good faith. I will not be self-censoring myself, so you can expect some half-baked thoughts or weakly held opinions that probably will not stand up to scrutiny.

I may say things just to illicit people to make a strong case for why not to believe that thing.

I always appreciate comments and suggestions. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to chat.

Disclaimer:

Since some rando threatened to Dox me for a comment I made I want to clarify; I am not the same person as Solhan_do, the Gay, Autistic, European (Unholy Trinity) who goes by Sydney.

But there’s no need to dox me anyways, as my profile is only semi-anonymous. If you really want to, you can find out who I am with minimal effort. The reason I keep my Substack mostly separate from my personal life is that I am public-facing in my company, and don’t want people googling my business to find my Substack first, and don’t want people searching for my substack to find my business first.

SolHando profiles on other sites can be safely assumed to be me if the profile picture is of Han Solo.

There is no subscriber-only content

For now, I am not particularly interested in making subscriber-only content. I don’t need the money, and don’t want to limit anyone from reading what I write. If you want to do something kind for me, rather than subscribing please check out my Amazon Book Wishlist.
